Meet Austin, the dedicated owner and CEO of Docks Home & Excavation Services. He and Madison founded the company in early 2021 to pursue their shared passion for helping others through high-quality, dependable work. With 15 years of combined experience, Austin brings extensive expertise—along with specialized training and licenses in septic systems and erosion control. Known for his attention to detail and thorough planning, Austin takes the time to ensure each customer fully understands their project and feels confident and excited about the results. His commitment to honesty, reliability, and excellence is evident in every job he takes on.
Madison Dockery- Business Owner/COO
Madison, our COO, brings a strong background in healthcare and plays a vital role in managing our Alzheimer's Foundation support efforts. She oversees marketing, daily operations, legal matters, quality control, financing, and client inquiries. With a commitment to excellence, Madison ensures that every project upholds the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
We proudly support Alzheimer's awareness by incorporating the color purple into our logo and using our business platform to raise awareness about this devastating disease along with donating a part of our profits. Our owner, Austin, lost his beloved Granny to Alzheimer's in 2021, and we are dedicated to honoring her memory through our commitment to both home improvement and advocacy for Alzheimer's awareness.
